Extremely Pleased! After looking at various companies online, I found this company. I ordered my LV Pochette on March 17th, after numerous email questions with customer service. Simon was GREAT. Very responsive and kind. I received my email noting they’d received my PAYPAL confirmation on the 19th, then recieved an email noting FEDEX received their package. I then recieved my FEDEX package, this morning, March 24th! I live in the USA, in Idaho, and was totally impressed with the quality of the LV bag, packaging (which was in a box, then FEDEX wrapping so the bag was well protected), along with the customer service. This was a WIN as the whole dealing was QUICK and easy through PAYPAL and this company. I am very pleased. THANKS!
